Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas! Christmas Eve was a day full of parties, first the Spencer party followed by Colin's dad's party. There were presents and yummy food galore. Xander got a taste of what Christmas morning would be like, he quickly became a pro at opening presents. He even stayed awake during the drive home from Grandpa's and was able to put out cookies and milk for Santa. However, I seem to have misplaced the camera that I used for that picture, so it'll come later.

Here's our little family on Christmas morning, wearing our Christmas jammies. I enjoy making them and it helped that Colin worked until midnight the week leading up to Christmas. (Sorry about the poor quality, I don't know how that happened).

After opening all our presents we went over to Grandma's house. Colin's younger brother is serving a mission and got to call home on Christmas. It was so much fun getting a chance to talk to him.

Colin had to work on New Years Eve so it was just me and Xander (Sophia actually slept for most of the night). Yes, he stayed up until midnight, and got to watch fireworks twice. There's a mall close to where we live and they always do a new year celebration. They do fireworks at 9 for the kids and then again at midnight, and we have a perfect view of them from Xander's room.
