The day before Christmas Eve we decided that it was time to make it smell like Christmas, so we sat down and baked some gingerbread cookies. We all had a good time, and Xander did a good job.

After visiting with Santa, we looked around in the mall. Morfar and Xander took a well needed break by the fireplace.

We went to see Santa with mormor and morfar the other day. Xander had fun waiting in line, but he did not want to sit in Santa's lap. As you can see, he was fine sitting next to Santa as long as mom was right there with him.

Me and Xander made some cookies the other day, and Xander loved helping with the decorating. The sprinkles were fun but the best part was eating the finished product.

Oh Christmas Tree!

We got our Christmas tree up and Xander loves it. I wanted him to sit by the tree for a picture, but as soon as he saw the camera, he came running over to see his picture. We're waiting for dad to have a night off so we can decorate the tree.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with Colin's big family. Almost everyone was there and we had a great time and ate some great food. Xander had a good time and ate lots of food and played with Bailey and some of Colin's cousins. Unfortunately I never got a picture of just our family, but these will have to do.

New Shoes

Xander got new shoes for the winter, and he loves them. He'll show anyone who's interested, including the lady in the Disney Store. Thank you mormor and morfar!

My Pantry

I finally got a chance to organize my pantry, and even though it's not quite done, I love it. The snacks need to move up a bit though...

Playdough and Post-its

I decided to attempt making some playdough for Xander to play with, and it was a hit. After a small taste, he decided that it was not worth eating and played with it.

The other day he got a hold of our post-it notes, and he was having a blast. Who needs toys, right?

Throwing Fits
